Description
This is an interpretation of aspen trees at dawn. The ground is full of vegetation, yet the aspen trees are not growing leaves for additional beauty. This is because as we get older or have suffered from a tragic event, we lose the ability to do or just be the way we used to be.
Both people and trees may experience difficulties due to aging and/or traumatic events that affect functions or abilities. That doesn’t mean that they cannot grow tall and strong. Observe the tallest tree on the far right. That tree is in the painting to inspire the viewer to overcome obstacles and work hard to metaphorically grow taller than others.
