The Eagle’s Cry
Framed approximately 32.5 x 35″
Pastel on Velour
“If you have ever been to Canada or areas where there are higher elevations, there will be the majestic bald eagle. Interestingly enough, this mighty bird, has a not-so-mighty cry! The eagle’s cry is more like a shrill whistle. When we hear the eagle’s cry in a movie, it is really usually the cry from a red tail hawk, dubbed in. Nevertheless, I still marvel at this marvelous creature in all its glory!”
Framed 16 x 27″
The Flamingos are always looking for food and moving around. The grace of their necks and legs is wonderful. It makes a scenic picture. The color is not usually seen in nature. The beautiful pinkish-salmon color is mostly caused by what they eat — I would eat it too if I could be so pink!

Clear Acrylic Shadow Box Frame
The distinctive song of the chickadee can be heard even in the frigid landscape of winter. The nonmigratory state bird of both Maine and Massachusetts was so much fun to paint. He is all fluffed and cozy under the warmth of a snow covered branch.
