Grapevine Art Dealers Association (GADA)
will host the Fourth Annual Spring Gallery Night on Saturday, May 7 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Grapevine, Texas is known for the Urban Wine Trail, festivals, entertainment venues and bustling historic district. With GADA celebrating its fourth year, art is also an integral part of the world-class City of Grapevine.  Spring Gallery Night promotes the city’s artistic offerings and member galleries.  Art enthusiasts will enjoy sculptures, original paintings, hand-blown glass and demonstrations by local artists.  Guests can walk along Historic Main Street and enjoy an exciting evening of fine art while visiting all six GADA galleries:

A Touch of Paris Art Gallery & Studio is owned by internationally recognized French artist Dominique Galleron. The gallery showcases her original fine art ranging from landscape to figurative, in addition to abstracts.  Also represented are local and international sculptors who work with various forms of artistic media. 202 W. Giddens Gallery of Fine Art, owned by John and Cherie Giddens, offers work from a vast variety of highly acclaimed Texas artists. Filling the walls of this diverse gallery are paintings of every style and medium plus sculptures in glass, wood and metal with many “Up-Cycle” creations.  Paintings also include watercolor paintings by Cherie Giddens.  Don’t miss the live painting demonstrations and opportunities to win original mini paintings by Ruth Francis during Spring Gallery Night.  624 S. Holder Dane Gallery & Art Studios is a gallery abundant in fine art and known for its variety of sculpture, contemporary jewelry, oil paintings, pastels and fine pottery. HDG draws from a wealth of acclaimed artists who also teach workshops at the studios.  During Spring Gallery Night, artist MJ Hunt will oversee “One Colorful Chaos,” an 8’x8’ canvas where guests will have an opportunity to participate in hands-on creation of an abstract painting from 4 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.  The art piece will be filmed and photographed during various stages of development, showing participants in action. The Tower Gallery, located in the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau building, hosts “Triple Exposure,” a visual photographic feast that features the works of three immensely talented photographers, Bruce Rosentstiel, Ray Maines and Lorraine Hann-Stewart.  “Triple Exposure” brings together the paths of three uniquely different photographers, one with a view of the world at large, another featuring commercially crisp images and the third with condensed abstract visions and all leading to a richly rewarding triple visual experience at the Grapevine’s Tower Gallery.  The exhibit runs through May 29. Vetro Glassblowing Studio & Gallery houses many fine glass artists’ work and glass jewelry.  The gallery offers works by Vetro artists and selected works by other local, state and out-of-state artists. During Spring Gallery Night, guests will be able to see the Vetro Glassblowing artists demonstrate their skills in the studio. Vetro looks forward to seeing you during Spring Gallery Night.  701 S. Special Note on PARKING 

Parking is very limited in front of the Gallery so we suggest you park in the available area behind the Gallery. Off of Main Street, turn West on W Hudgins St to get to the parking lot. Below is a link to the map of available parking in Grapevine. Scroll to the bottom of this Map to find Hudgins St.  We are in the Visitors Center Building.  The available parking area for Giddens Gallery of Fine Art is on the left side of the map in bright blue labeled “PUBLIC PARKING AFTER 5 PM and SAT & SUN”
