During the 1980’s & 1990’s, Willow Bend Polo and Hunt Club existed in what is now Willow Bend Polo Estates.  During this time frame there was a great Dallas rivalry between it and Preston Wood Polo and Country Club.  This painting was inspired by that rivalry.
