Butterflies are a symbol of the spiritual. Whenever I feel grateful, I let go of all the worries and just focus on what’s that of beauty, of the divine, of the spiritual, and just feel the peace for a few minutes in silence; in bliss for a moment. This process helps me connect with my Self and the Higher Being.
