“One of my favorite places to mediate and get quiet is out in nature.  However, when I get still, the first thing I notice is that nature is never still.  Whether it is the gentle movement of the willows and grasses in the breeze, the insects buzzing around or dipping into the water for a drink, or the ripples in the water, nature is anything but still.”
