“Longhorns are so fun to paint and I love to capture them in beautiful, bold colors.  I added a bit of humor to this one, adding a lump of hay to this steer’s mouth. I imagine all meals for these animals blend one into another with constant grazing, but I think Aldo was having a special brunch with a mimosa on the side.  I try to keep my work light and fun.”
