“I have always enjoyed creating. I see visual Art as a form of communication that can connect with the viewer in a deeper way than just words. My hope is to communicate emotions or ideas that resonate and connect with the viewer in a more visceral way than words alone. I love this journey of life and expressing images from experiences. I work with multiple mediums and formats: painting, collage and drawing in various mediums. Currently I am using paint, drawing and mixed media to express my creativity.
A semester in Europe was the deciding factor in pursuing art. I earned a BFA from UT Arlington and my MFA from Univ. of North TX., in sculpture and drawing.”
