Response from Giddens Gallery of Fine Art
Thank you very much Julissa.
So far, we’ve purchased several piece of fine art by 3 different artist, from the lovely Cherie Giddens and Giddens Gallery. Cherie is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. 🙂 We now own Winding Road and Red Rocks by Kiki Zais. As well as Tributary, Stepping Stones and Orange Reef Trio by Kelly Gowan. When we were in the Gallery last week, I admired My Heart Sings by Manuel Sarmiento. So, when my husband went to pick up Stepping Stones, he surprised me and brought home My Heart Sings. 🙂 I love all of our new art and will continue to be on the lookout for more! Thank you for offering us beautiful art to accent our style and vibe.
Beautiful art is a joy forever. Shirley and I truly enjoy the poems and paintings of these inspired artisans. All of these people deserve our support and admiration for their continued hard work. We have visited the Giddens Gallery several times and met several artists. We especially enjoy the spiritual messages communicated by the poems and paintings of Sara Joseph. We are amazed by the exquisite details she creates.
I love visiting the Giddens Gallery. It has such a warm welcoming atmosphere with a diversity of artwork from gifted artists. I especially like the work of Sara Joseph in which she always conveys a Christian message.
I enjoy visiting Giddens Gallery. They are fastidious in their choice of artists. They reflect a wide range of styles and media from professionals, who represent the best in the world of art in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
Gidden’s Gallery is one of our favorite places to visit when my husband and I enjoy a day or evening in Grapevine.
It is a treasure trove full of beautiful, unique and talented works of art. In particular, we have fallen in love with an amazing artist, Rosemary Archepohl Riddle. We are so fortunate to have several of her paintings in our home, two of which are commissioned pieces. The experience was a gift in itself and the results far exceeded our vision.
Another one of our favorite artists is Manual Sarmiento, who creates truly unique sculptures. He has a wonderful story behind his art and a beautiful heart to go with it.
If you have never visited this lovely gallery, you are in for a real treat…
I have been a true fan of Giddens Gallery of Fine Art in Grapevine for several years now. The shop owners are always so kind and attentive when helping a customer decide on the perfect piece of art for their home, office, etc. The shop also rotates art pieces throughout the year so each time you walk in, a new piece may catch your eye. There are several types of art available ranging from size to style that will work for any price range.
During Christmas 2020, I had commissioned two beautiful pet portraits for my sisters. I was very pleased with the final product and the look on their faces Christmas morning was the sweetest! Truly a unique gift to treasure for years to come.
In addition, the most special piece I have commissioned during a stroll at Giddens Gallery of Fine Art is the most gorgeous self portrait that Regina Davis Art and I worked on together. Regina is one of the most talented artists I have ever met and when I connected with her on my vision, she took the time to understand my story that would later unfold into an heirloom art piece that I will always love and admire.
Collecting beautiful and meaningful art has always been a hobby of mine and I highly encourage any other art collectors or aspiring art collectors to visit Giddens Gallery of Fine Art during their next visit to Grapevine, Texas.
Thank you for providing this beautiful space for artists to share and sell their work. You are a great member of the Grapevine community and my wife and I enjoy your space.
We are grateful that you helped us connect with Regina Davis and commission a custom piece of art. It turned out beautifully.
I love Manuel Sarmiento Sculptures !!
Over the years I have purchased several pieces of metal art sculptures from Manuel Sarmiento. His work is very unique. I look forward to see what his new metal sculpture will be.
Giddens Gallery has some great pieces from several gifted artists. I particularly like the work of Kiki Zais as I feel her pieces are so unique! I’ve received numerous compliments of her artwork hanging in my home. I absolutely love Kiki’s art style!
This gallery is a fun exploration of art. There are multiple talented artists, with varying styles, mediums and finished pieces. No matter your knowledge or experience, you will find a delight to the eyes and senses in this relaxing space. There is something unique in this gallery for everyone.
I just love the beautiful work done by Jerome Weilmuenster that is on display in this gallery. There have been quite a few of very special pieces that really appeal to me and the folks at the gallery are very nice and helpful.
We very much like Jerome Weilmuenster’s work and have bought some of his pieces.
The Giddens’ Gallery is the place to view, enjoy, and purchase beautiful art by great artists. Every month at the gallery several artists’ collections are highlighted. In addition, artwork can be viewed by all gallery artists. Jackie Railsback, a SWA certified artist, is a personal friend and one of my favorite artists. I love her unique style and display her works of mountain scenes, Aspen trees, and waterfalls in my Colorado cabin and in my home.
Giddens Gallery in Grapevine, Texas has been in business for several years. There is lots of fine art work in the gallery, including paintings and sculptures. I found Jay Garrison’s art, made from found objects, really interesting.
This place is awesome! great ART everywhere. I am personally proud of the Artist Jackie Railsback. I have taken ART classes at her ranch workshops, and have enjoyed watching her paint. Great place to pick up a art piece for an empty wall. Wine next door is great too!
This is a lovely gallery staffed by friendly, knowledgeable artists. I have purchased several pieces from my favorite artist, Fran White. Gallery nights are wonderful free events where different artists are featured each month. You have a chance to meet the artist in an intimate setting. Giddens Gallery of Fine Art is a jewel on Grapevine’s main street.
What a great shop! Giddens Gallery has a wide range of mediums, styles, and subject matter from both emerging and critically acclaimed artists. There is something for everyone here. The prices are very reasonable. You could go home with a one of kind artwork for the same cost of dinning out at one of the local restaurants. So, whether you’re shopping for a gift, souvenir or that special piece for your private collection, don’t miss a visit to Giddens. It is located in the picturesque historic downtown district of Grapevine, so make a day of it and enjoy the area’s food, fun, and fine art! I especially love the work of Christina Fitch. I own three of her works, one of which was a commissioned piece. She is very easy to work with and is very customer oriented, ensuring that you have a piece of art you love.
I truly enjoy visiting the artists’ receptions. So glad they are back now after having to suspend them during 2020. The featured artists bring in additional works of art that may not be displayed currently in the gallery. It is so nice to speak with them and gain insight into their inspiration to create their paintings. Always delightful to visit this great gallery!
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of the artists that occupy this lovely gallery. Each of the artists were very friendly and humble- not to mention talented! One I admire most is Betty Watkins. She displays such a wide variety of styles, my favorite being her intriguing acrylic pour technique. Additionally, I should mention my admiration for Jay Garrison. His hand crafted sculptures are fun, unique, and his creativity is fascinating. All of the talented artists here deserve recognition, and if you are fortunate enough to stop in during one of the Saturday night artist receptions, you will be graciously greeted with finger foods and beverages. I enjoy exploring new pieces as I visit when I am in the area… abstract, vintage, collages, etc. You will certainly find a piece that suits your artistic taste during your stroll down Main Street.
Over the years I have purchased several pieces of art from Giddens Gallery. In addition, I have commissioned several works from some of their represented artists. The people at Giddens have always been exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their Gallery is one of my favorite places to shop for art. They were able to introduce me to several very talented local artists who worked with me to create personalized pieces of art.
My last commission was by artist Kelly Gowan. She talked with me, at length and in detail, concerning my ideas. She was very conscientious and created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, painting.
Looking forward to the upcoming reception.
delightful experience–inspiring!
I love this place? God Bless You
