Floating on Air

“One of my favorite things to do is floating on water.  Not a blown up float, just me.  Breathing out, I start to sink.   Breathe in and I’m back on the surface.   I feel so peaceful, better than meditation.  Sometimes I imagine that if I stay quiet and still, the clouds come down to me and I can float on air.”
